1 Eligibility Requirements
Refund requests must meet specific criteria to ensure fairness for all participants. We've designed these requirements to balance student satisfaction with our commitment to delivering quality financial education programs.
Seven Day Window
Request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of program enrollment confirmation
Completion Limit
No more than 20% of course materials accessed or downloaded by the participant
Original Condition
All provided materials remain in original digital format without unauthorized sharing
2 Refund Process Timeline
Our streamlined refund process typically takes 5-10 business days from approval to completion. Here's what you can expect during each step.

3 Payment Method Considerations
Refunds are issued through your original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution and payment type.
Credit card refunds typically appear within 3-5 business days, while bank transfers may require 7-10 business days. PayPal and digital wallet refunds usually process within 24-48 hours of our confirmation.
4 Special Circumstances
We understand that unexpected situations arise. Medical emergencies, family crises, or significant life changes may warrant special consideration even outside our standard timeframe.
Each case receives individual attention from our student services team. Documentation may be requested to support your request. We aim to find fair solutions that respect both student needs and program integrity.
Important Limitations
Refunds cannot be processed for participants who have completed more than 20% of course materials, downloaded restricted content, or shared access credentials. Live session attendance counts toward completion percentage. Group coaching sessions and one-on-one consultations are non-refundable once attended.
5 Partial Refunds and Credits
In some situations, partial refunds or future program credits may be more appropriate than full refunds. This applies when participants have accessed significant portions of content but still qualify for some form of compensation.
Credits remain valid for 12 months and can be applied to any NextGen MindSpark program of equal or lesser value. Credit transfers to third parties are not permitted.
